Who these terms are for
Effectif is a company in Québec, Canada. These terms apply to anyone who uses this website or the Effectif service. A client's subscription is governed by its agreement with Effectif; where the agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies. Effectif may change these terms; the date at the top says when.
Use of the service
The service is provided to businesses under their agreement. A person uses it under the access their organization's administrator gives them, for that organization's own business, and may not try to reach another client's data, copy the service or resell it.
Liability
The service is provided as the client's agreement describes, and this website as is. Effectif is not liable for a loss that follows from the use of this website, or from decisions people make with the service's help, beyond what the client's agreement and the law provide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there. A dispute goes before the courts of Québec.
